Does Lloyd's Register employ dirty low Ethics corrupts in HR Department of Houston and Others?

The HR Department's various officials who were either bribed or compromised or pressurized by Rene Zwart are as below:

Stephanie has not yet given the report of her investigation on reported harassment and bullying. She just believes in sweeping matters under carpet and then get promoted. She in fact got promoted few years ago after successfully scuttling the harassment /bullying case. She not only helped Rene Zwart but also bullies whistle blowers.

She insists that phone calls of sociopath/sychopath/bully Managers who bully and harass on phone should not be recorded because recording such phone calls infringes on rights of the serial sociopath bully harassers to harass and bully freely without fear of Law. Shea Dunning is very particular on protecting such sociopath managers in return for some favours from Top Executive Leadership. Question arises if Shea Dunning, Stephanie Ratcliffe deliberately sabotaged the case under influence ( hard $$ cash or Favours or some Pressure )??

Why Lloyd's Register is seen as Corrupt org?

Water finds it's level, similarly Leaders ultimately take the organisation they lead to their level. A corrupt leader corrupts the org, and honest ethical leaders make the org they head more honest and more ethical. Now check the below review posted on Glassdoor by an ex Lloyd's Register employee.
The above is a true incident where Nicholas Brown (present M&O Director, Lloyd's Register) committed such acts misusing his position. The joke is when the responder of this review suggests the employee should have discussed with Line Manager or area HR lead, as if line manager or area HR lead would dare to lock horns with the next likely CEO Nick Brown who had the support from none other than the then CEO.

Now check out the below review posted on Glassdoor. It may not come as a surprise that few years ago, one Surveyor in a South East Asian country had pointed out that Lloyd's Register was violating labour laws of the country by denying Casual Leaves to the employees since last century more or less. This led to massive re-calculation of chargeable working hours and budget. This Surveyor has been fired by Lloyd's Register.

Now Lloyd's Register is all about Charity as detailed below (source:  https://www.lrfoundation.org.uk/en/about-us/ ).
So why would a Charity org stand with vehemently For Profit orgs (List of for profit orgs can be checked here: https://www.ukssd.co.uk/call-on-pm-to-create-socially-just-and-green-recovery )?

Now being a "charity org", Lloyd's Register should ideally be more worried about bringing it's funded research activities back on track, and research scientists well being during the COVID 19 pandemic. But there is not one single post of Lloyd's Register top management addressing the issue of closure of universities where it's funded research are taking place or the research scientists working on Lloyd's Register's research subjects. But instead Lloyd's Register CEO's concerns looks similar to the concerns of the other CEOs of "for profit" companies which are not registered as "Charity orgs".

Apparently, it seems Lloyd's Register, a Charity org pays its top management the salary comparable to for profit organizations. Example is ex CEO Richard Sadler's salary.

Look at the paltry peanut grants released for charity purpose, the operational profits of Lloyd's Register in select few small tiny countries will be sufficient to fund the Lloyd's Register's charity obligations.

Lloyd's Register's MYTH vs REALITY ?

Lloyd's Register had a statement from it's CEO posted up in its offices which stated "Lloyd's Register will go an extra mile to safeguard it's Surveyors". That's a myth and a deliberate lie by the Lloyd's Register top management.

In reality Lloyd's Register would go to any extent, any extent means prosecute persecute harass Surveyors who ask for live saving PPE (Personal protective equipment) which are last line of defence for safeguarding lives of Surveyors who put their lives in the line every time they enter Confined Space, board Vessels at anchorage using boat transfers etc etc. Check below:
In this case (above Report), the Surveyor's performance scores took a dip, Surveyor was heckled harassed intimidated on a daily basis by Mr.Rene Zwart. Even paid leave application was turned down though the Surveyor applied for leave after 2 years. 

Now if you thought that why Surveyor did not approach the Human Resources Team, Surveyor had approached and HR team members (Stephanie Ratcliff, Shea Dunning) pushed the mattter under carpet, and there was no investigation report issued. These HR personnels futher harassed the Surveyor.

So you know Lloyd's Register doesn't quite respect Whistleblower laws. Lloyd's Register doesn't even have an Ethics/Morality Portal/Link in its Intranet.

Lloyd's Register CEO made a poor joke out of ABC (Anti Bribery & Corruption) Law ?

Before proceeding to read rest of this blog, please read the earlier blog (link) for background.

It began few years ago when the Mid Managers reporting to Rene Zwart embarked on Cost saving initiative upon instructions of Rene Zwart by denying PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to racially inferior Surveyors. One of the affected Surveyor reported/logged the matter on internal Feedback handling system (see pic 1). And this made Rene Zwart furious and subsequently the performance score of the Surveyor were degraded as part of the heavy handed retaliation / backlash. In Lloyd's Register, the racially superior Managers deny PPE, harass and torment and bully have the right given to them by the CEO to rate the performance of the same whistleblowers who whistle blew against them.

The Surveyor reported this to HR department and HR Department sided with Rene Zwart and swept the matter under carpet. The sham investigation done by HR Department was carried out primarily with motive to blame the Surveyor and exonerate Rene Zwart and the Manager reporting to Rene Zwart. Clear corruption angle there ? Some bribery/corruption involved ? Stay tuned.

Rene Zwart ( ex Marine Manager Lloyd's Register ) joins Smit Lamnalco




Rene Zwart ( ex Marine Manager Lloyd's Register ) has now joined Smit Lamnalco. During the Lloyd's Register days, Rene Zwart was notorious for saving dollars by denying PPE (personal protective equipment / last line of life preserver) for Lloyd's Register Surveyors. Before joining Smit Lamnalco, Rene Zwart was working for another company in Miami area.

As per the information available on website, "Smit Lamnalco provides first class, reliable and customised marine support in any environment. We ensure safe and efficient operations in any part of the world. We run a tight ship!". With Rene Zwart in a senior position who is well known notorious for saving few bucks at the cost of people's lives, how will the mission statement of Smit Lamnalco be fulfilled is a question?

Apparently the shady past of Rene Zwart is known to Top management of Smit Lamnalco?
Lloyd's Register as per reports, has recently fired a Surveyor who was denied PPE by Rene Zwart, apparently Lloyd's Register wants to keep Rene Zwart in good humor? as some Smit Lamnalco operated/owned vessels are classed by Lloyds Register.
